The house is ideally located just 100 metres from the bus station (24hr Skylink service to EMA, Nottingham, Leicester, Derby) and 100 metres from a grocery store (Aldi & Co-op), making daily travel and shopping quick and effortless. Only 5 minute walk to the village centre!

Our home is thoughtfully designed to offer comfort, warmth, and a true sense of belonging.

The main floor features a fully equipped kitchen, a stylish bar area, a quiet office space, a separate WC, and a comfortable living room with TV and high-speed internet. Upstairs, all bedrooms are calm and well-prepared, each with fresh bedding and towels, wardrobe storage with hangers, a desk, and a welcoming arrival pack. One room includes a private ensuite, bringing the total to three bathrooms.

To keep everything fresh and welcoming, weekly professional cleaning of shared areas is included free of charge.
